Alienum phaedrum torquatos nec eu, vis detraxit periculis ex, nihil expetendis in mei. Mei an pericula euripidis, hinc partem.

NICOLE BALDWINBoard Director

Human trafficking is an issue that I hold near and dear to my heart because of the lives I have personally seen it destroy. It is an epidemic that uses humans in the most inhuman way; were people with thoughts, feelings, and emotions are being used as commodities. I want to help women who have been broken down by their experiences to rebuild and empower not only themselves, but other women to escape the horrors of being trafficked. The darkness, chaos, and sadness that surrounds this issue spreads much deeper than only the victim. The impact of human trafficking has a ripple effect on the victims’ families, children, friends, and even society as a whole. My goal in life is to leave this Earth in a better condition than the way I found it in. I want to use my knowledge, resources, and passion to change these women’s lives and shine more light on a very dark issue. I’m excited to be a part of a mission to spread more compassion, love, and faith in a world that is in dire need of it.

I have a master’s degree in Public Administration in Organizational Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Human Services specialized in Mental Health and I also have an associate degree in Behavioral Sciences. I have worked in the mental health field for almost 11 years in which I have worked with diverse groups of individuals with different backgrounds and ethnicities such as children with special needs, families, young adults, and now mothers in recovery. I currently work as a Program Director for a residential facility that supports mothers in recovery from drugs and alcohol to regain custody of their children. When I take my professional hat off, I am a mother of an adorable 1-year-old boy and a fur dog baby named Melo. I’m an artist that draws and paints commissioned pieces. I also love to read, travel, listen to music, eat good food, dance, and spend time with the ones that mean the most to me every chance I get.
